Another one on the way

Another one on the way

For all of those who haven't heard Jen is pregnat. We are very excited to have a brother or a sister for Brianna. Jen is doing well and is now over the morning sickness. She is due on May 12th.

Brianna is growing up so fast. It is amaizing at how much she can do. She loves to climb up on our window seat and look out the windows. She also loves to be outside and run around. She is a big talker too. Her favorite words are "Asome", "You Rock", "Touchdown", and "Happy".

We are excited to come to californa for Thanksgiving and see most of you guys.

Vaughn

Big Kahuna

I think updating the family about the "going ons" here is easier than repeating myself to everyone.

July was a busy month for us. We drove Jon back to MTC in Provo to start his missionary service. It was such a great opportunity to be with him on the drive. He came in handy while loading up McKay and Makana for thier move to Houston. Jon will do well and he was anxious to be about the Lord's errand. We also hooked up with Vaughn and Jen and lovely Breanna. My how she seems to grow every time we see her. On this MTC trip, we took Seth and Jeffrey (the little boys) with us and Lei went along as well. Kiana was away in Las Vegas visiting my sister Kalani and her cousin Chloe from Hawaii, so she missed the missionary trip. Lei came back to Sacto and flew out a few days later to rendevous with Kiana in Las Vegas. I am told they had a great time. Chris and I later flew out to Indianapolis to bless Kalea born to Cliffy and Becca. It was a great trip. I return a few days later. Chris will stay with her granddaughter until August 6th. She is loving every minute. Kiana flew to Indianapolis with us and will return on October 9th her birthday. She will be a lovely 18 year old girl ready to do her college plans. Seth and Jeffrey are now spending a few weeks at Zane and Kathy's home in Yuba City. They are excited. So no one is home but the Big Kahuna, doing all the chores by himself:( I stop to see the boys as much as possible since I work in Yuba City. the home is awfully quiet. I thought it was quiet with just the boys, but now it is really quiet. I think I need grand kids to come and liven up the place, of course their parents are always welcome. Lei flew out to Hawaii yesterday to start BYUH classes for this Fall. I am keeping busy with church callings. We are looking forward to blessing Makana and McKay's little Jaedyn when she arrives. Chris is anxious to be in Houston to see her sister AnnaLissa as well as the new grandaughter. Our love to you all....Jeff

What I do for a living...

What I do for a living...

Before we moved to Scotland I'd get the occasional family member (or friend) asking me what I do for work. Now that we've left / are here, I get asked quite a bit more often about what I do for Chevron in Scotland.

In an effort to keep up with Tia's numerous blog entries, I decided to break it down on our blog. Hopefully it didn't turn out too boring :)

Maliana Makana Hansen

Hoorah for another little granddaughter for mom and dad. One of these times you'll get a grandson.. maybe. We are so excited and have already started on the babies room... pinks and purples and greens... butterflies and bees and flowers... it will be so cute for a so cute little girl. They thought it was a girl at 15 weeks and checked at 18 to verify. Now i am about half-way and while i think that i am HUGE.... most people don't know. McKay is so excited to be a dad and I know that he will be fantastic!
